About Bigfoot Outfitters

We’re not just another rafting company—we’re your gateway to an unforgettable adventure on the Ocoee River. Led by some of the most experienced, old-school guides in the industry, our trips are all about fun, safety, and maybe even a Bigfoot sighting if you’re lucky.

Ocoee River trips

We run guided whitewater rafting trips on all three sections of the Ocoee River:

  • Middle Ocoee – Action-packed and perfect for first-timers and thrill seekers.
  • Upper Ocoee – Home of the 1996 Olympic whitewater course.
  • Full Ocoee – Combines the Upper and Middle for a full-day adventure, with lunch included.
  • Lower Ocoee – A calmer, scenic float ideal for families and nature lovers. Rafting here is available year-round.
  • Tubing trips on the Lower Ocoee are offered March through October.

More Than Just Rafting

Our riverfront outpost has everything you need to relax before or after your trip:

  • Free 9-hole disc golf course
  • Covered pavilion with picnic tables and grills
  • RV park, cabins, and seasonal camping (March–October)

Whether you’re floating, fishing, or just soaking up the view, we’ve got the gear and the setting to keep you warm, dry, and comfortable.

Adventure All Over

There’s a lot more to explore in the Ocoee area. Take a hike to a nearby waterfall, hit the mountain biking trails, try a glider ride, or go geocaching. If you’re looking for things to do, we’re happy to help you plan.

Owner: Trevor Casey

Creating Bigfoot Outfitters was a lifelong dream of owner Trevor Casey.

An avid whitewater rafting enthusiast and guide on the Ocoee River for 16+ years, he had the opportunity to obtain a permit for commercial rafting in December of 2018. With his dream in sight, Trevor began crafting the inception of Bigfoot Outfitters.

Trevor purchased the 26+ acre property and with the help of friends, the community, and guides, transformed the property to what is now today, Bigfoot Outfitters.
